The forum provides two areas: The Community Area and the Enterprise Area. The use of Community Area is free of charg. As a guest you can read public posts and benefit from already posted responses. In order to submit public posts or create new topics you simply register one time at the Innotrade portal. Innotrade services the community forum and uses it to improve functionality and documentation but does not guarantee response times.
For the Enterprise Area your can purchase support tickets, which guarantee qualified responses of the Innotrade engineers within 1 work day. In order to protect your privacy, topics and posts in the Enterprise Area per default are private and cannot be viewed or commented by others. In order to resolve immediate issues you can purchase a single support ticket or you can benefit from our discounted support packages.
Once you purchased a single support ticket or a packet of support tickets the number of your personal support tickets increases accordingly and you will see the total number in your profile. The support tickets do not expire. Each support ticket allows you to create one new private forum case and an arbitrary number of post for this case. In case you want to share your topic, you can publish your topic and its related posts with an explicit release.
